Pascal is a member of the Board of Directors of OLZ AG. He completed his studies and doctorate in economics at the University of Bern.

He gained practical experience as a business IT specialist in the roles of management consultant, interim manager, and board member. Since 2000, he has been the founder and partner of Dr. Pascal Sieber & Partners AG. As a member of Innosuisse, he has close ties to science and academia. Pascal is also the program director of the CAS Digital Transformation course at the University of Bern.
