ESG in the company
The three pillars of environment, social responsibility and corporate governance are also firmly anchored in our corporate culture. At OLZ, we live sustainability, be it in terms of mobility, employee development or energy consumption.

We support the practice of working from home. In addition to increased flexibility for employees, this reduces CO2 emissions from commuting to work.
Wherever possible, we hold meetings virtually and generally increase the use of public transport.
The half-fare travelcard is made available to all employees.
Beschaffung und Entsorgung

Sustainable suppliers: We pay attention to sustainability when selecting our suppliers and purchase green electricity for the Bern / Zurich locations.
Waste recycling: We promote recycling (paper, cardboard, coffee capsules) and use refillable glass bottles (no PET bottles).
Ressourceneffizienz

Consumption: We are focusing on digitalization and reducing our paper consumption. Our employees also use the reCIRCLE containers provided.
Energy behavior: Reducing our energy consumption is a priority for us. Do we have any figures here?
