Damjan has been working at OLZ in the Quantitative Research Team since 2024.

He completed his master's degree in statistics at ETH Zurich. During his studies, Damjan worked as a research assistant at ETH Zurich and as a tutor for statistics and computer science lectures at the University of Zurich. He gained his first practical experience at AXA.
