Damjan has been working for OLZ in the Quantitative Research Team since 2024.

He holds a Master's degree in Statistics from ETH Zurich. During his studies, Damjan worked as a research assistant at ETH Zurich and as a tutor for statistics and computer science lectures at the University of Zurich. He gained his first practical experience at AXA.
