Our OLZ minimum variance funds are optimally composed portfolios based on estimated risk parameters. This enables better use of the risk budget. Thanks to the targeted consideration of risks in the selection of investments and risk-based portfolio optimization within the asset classes, there is greater freedom in asset allocation, which means that the equity allocation can be increased. The greater the proportion of risk-optimized equity funds, the greater the degree of freedom. If index-linked strategies are added to the mix, the degree of freedom is reduced accordingly.
With our mandate solution, a higher equity allocation can be maintained with the same risk budget, or the risk can be reduced with the same equity allocation.
