At OLZ, we actively exercise our voting rights as a shareholder to promote responsible corporate decisions. In this way, we contribute to transparency, good governance, and sustainable business practices.

Our Stewardship Policy

In our two Swiss funds, OLZ Equity Switzerland Optimized ESG and OLZ Equity Switzerland Small & Mid Caps Optimized ESG, proxy voting is carried out on the basis of the recommendations of the ISS SRI Policy. This ensures that votes on shareholder decisions are in line with ESG criteria and sustainable principles.

For our other funds, voting rights are exercised in accordance with the sustainable voting policy of our custodian bank, UBS. In this way, we contribute to ensuring that corporate decisions are made responsibly and that transparency, good governance, and sustainable business practices are promoted in all our funds.

In addition, OLZ is a member of Climate Action 100+ and is actively engaged in encouraging companies with high greenhouse gas emissions to increase climate transparency, set ambitious reduction targets, and act sustainably.
